Dance BAND

We often play as a five-piece (or more), with drums and electrified instruments, as our original songs draw more overtly from West African influences. We want to show how those rhythms, first of all, are baked into Appalachian and other U.S. music in the first place; it’s not a coincidence that they fit well together. But it’s also just a lot of fun. In addition to originals, we’re capable of morphing into a honky tonk band with heavy Cajun influence at a moment’s notice.
